The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I’m looking for specific vintage items, can you find something for me?
We're constantly sourcing vintage treasures and home decor items and would be happy to hunt down whatever you're looking for from photo shoot and set design props to an antique lamp you saw on Pinterest to a sentimental item from the past, just shoot us a message, no item too big or small.
Custom and personalized orders
We can curate custom gift boxes (no mystery) or vintage mystery boxes in just about any theme, send us a message with your budget, timeline and what you have in mind and we can work with you to create it.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the size and fragility of many of items and in the interest of keeping shipping costs low, we do not have the gift wrapping feature turned on in our shop. However, we're happy to work with you, and for an additional charge can package them for presentation, gift wrap your items and double box them for shipping.
