Vintage German porcelain half dolls, also known as pincushion dolls, are delicate half-figurines made primarily between the 1890s and 1920s. Typically featuring a highly detailed female torso with painted elegant clothing, they were meant to be attached to functional objects like pincushions, tea cozies, or powder boxes.

She's in great vintage condition, very clean and well maintained but with some light chipping on bottom edge and around the hole on her front right hand side (pictured). The paint is still very well in tact aside from a tiny chip or two in the black dress.
