Hand-painted Castelli pottery Italian majolica jardinière or decorative centerpiece bowl. Made by Saca in the Castelli region of Italy. Bowl features playful design with flowers and leaves and a dog, bird and maybe a rabbit running around the sides in a nice a versatile Autumnal color palette. The piece has large handles on either side, these are purely decorative and do not swivel.

In great vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Inside of the bowl has a few smudges and tiny paint marks it looks like from when the piece was made. It is hand-painted so there are other signs of that, the occasional visible brush mark or variation.
please keep in mind when buying any of our items that vintage means they’ve lived long lives before finding their way to you and are preloved unless otherwise specified. signs of wear, use and age are to be expected and add to the character of the piece.
