Antique Brass Candelabra: Catholic Taper Candle Holders, Ornate Victorian Gothic Decor

Antique brass candelabra previously used on the altar during Catholic mass. This ornate, large scale brass candle holder features an intricate metalwork design with a natural motif of leaves, pinecones and stylized organic fleur de lis on the base. It holds seven taper candlesticks, each holder has a glass dish to catch wax.
In the Catholic faith, the fleur-de-lis represents the Virgin Mary and the Holy Trinity. In the Catholic Church, a candelabra with seven candles is used primarily for a Bishop's Pontifical Mass or other high-ranking clergy celebrations to signify the occasion's solemnity and the bishop's authority.
This would look incredible on a fireplace mantle, entry table or dining room table in a religious or secular home. Could also look very spooky in an antique Halloween decor situation.

C O N D I T I O N
Good vintage condition with signs of use and age and patina throughout but most notably in each of the holders themselves. The candles were initially meant to unscrew for easy cleaning but I wouldn't count on this feature, I'm concerned the screws are so old they would be easily stripped.
