Vintage Holy Water Font with Madonna and Child, Made in France

Vintage or antique holy water font, intricately designed and featuring the Madonna and child. Font is made of a medium weight, non magnetic metal, probably steel with a nickel tone finish with a plastic cup for holy water (tested, holds water).
Some of the etching on the back is rubbed off but I was able to find the same one online and fill it what's missing "Made in France 2357." 2357 can indicate a metal is steel. Ready to hang!

C O N D I T I O N
Good vintage condition with signs of wear, use and age. The finish has a great patina, is worn off in places. The screw that attaches the cup to the base has discolored the plastic around it a bit and there is a small chip in the top of the plastic near it.
please keep in mind when buying any of our items that vintage means they’ve lived long lives before finding their way to you and are preloved unless otherwise specified. signs of wear, use and age are to be expected and add to the character of the piece.
