Hardcover art and design coffee table book, "Architecture 1970-1980 A Decade of Change" by Jeanne M. Davern and the Editors of Architectural Record Magazine.
From the back cover:
“Many full color illustrations illuminate this first-of-its-kind pictorial history of a significant decade in the evolution of modern architecture -a decade in which American modern architecture came of age. Some 150 architectural structures built in the years 1970 to 1980-or begun then and in progress as the '80s open--are discussed both as they were seen during the 70s and as they are being seen now.”
Actual book is a nice bright blue with a beige linen spine, the name of the book is imprinted on the spine in blue.
CONDITION
In good used condition, binding is tight, pages are crisp, bold and unmarked. The dust jacket has some shelf and edge wear, scratch and smudge here or there and a very small closed tear on top edge of the spine and a small sticker from the original book store on the back. The inside cover has small marks on the upper right corner but they blend so much I can't tell if they're part of the original print.
